1. Appointment Cancellations

Patients may cancel their appointments through the website, phone, or in person. To avoid cancellation charges or forfeiture of fees, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds will be issued for appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
• Partial or no refund will be provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows, depending on the circumstances.
• If a payment was made but the appointment could not be scheduled due to unavailability or technical issues, a full refund will be issued.

3. Procedure Cancellation

Refunds for surgical or diagnostic procedures will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation is made due to medical advice or unforeseen reasons, refunds will be processed after internal review and deductions (if any).

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. In case of delays from the payment gateway or bank, we will provide transaction references for follow-up.

5. Mode of Refund

All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment—UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet. Cash refunds are not applicable for online payments.
