Patients may cancel their appointments through the website, phone, or in person. To avoid cancellation charges or forfeiture of fees, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Refunds for surgical or diagnostic procedures will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation is made due to medical advice or unforeseen reasons, refunds will be processed after internal review and deductions (if any).
Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. In case of delays from the payment gateway or bank, we will provide transaction references for follow-up.
All refunds will be made via the original mode of payment—UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet. Cash refunds are not applicable for online payments.
